Faith-Based Disaster Training Aligned With National Standards

Hybrid Format

Online Learning Meets Hands-On Practice

The DPA Program combines the flexibility of online learning with the irreplaceable value of hands-on, in-person training. This hybrid approach ensures participants gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Online modules allow participants to learn foundational concepts at their own pace. The in-person session provides scenario-based training where knowledge transforms into competence.

Online Modules

  • Module 1: 1 Hour
  • Module 2: 2 Hours
  • Self-paced learning

In-Person Module

  • Module 3: 6 Hours (Saturdays Only)
  • Hands-on scenarios
  • Practical exercises

First Aid, CPR & AED: A Requirement for Completion

First Aid, CPR & AED certification is required to complete the DPA Program and must be obtained through an approved, independent third-party provider. This training is not included in the DPA Program fee.

Participants may enroll before obtaining certifications, but the DPA certificate will not be issued and program benefits will not be accessible until valid certifications have been uploaded and verified.

All participants must obtain certification from a recognized, independent provider. Training must include hands-on, in-person skills practice. Online-only courses do not meet this requirement. Participants pay all associated fees directly to their chosen provider, then upload proof of certification to their Kingdom Plugin dashboard for verification.
